Health at Ship

We're dedicated to helping our community create healthy lifestyles. Check out the two new initiatives we're starting up this summer to do just that.

Faithful Families

The Faithful Families class is part of North Carolina State University's SNAP-Ed Steps to Health Program. This nine-week long course guides families in creating healthy lifestyles that they can follow by providing nutrition tips and new recipes as well as sharing ways to save money on groceries and to incorporate exercise and movements into their everyday.

Classes will start on July 23rd and will be held at Ship of Zion Church (105 E. Lee Street) every Friday from 6 pm - 7 pm. Contact Heather Richardson at hlbryant30@gmail.com or use the button below to register!
